A Little Story
It all started with a small batch of brittle for special occasions or holidays. A tweak in the recipe here, a small change there and before I knew it my small batch was growing larger by the day. I personally thought my brittle was the best, but shortly found out that many other people did as well! What started out as a few batches for my family throughout the year quickly became a few extra requests from my husband's co-workers, my children's friends, my son-in-law's brother & his comrades serving in Iraq, favors for a friend's bridal shower and more! So many people asked why I wasn't in business and to tell you the truth it had never crossed my mind till then. This is something that I truly enjoy doing, am proud of and have a passion for. All it took was a little encouragement & here I am making peanut brittle for everyone's sweet occasions!
